Digital Products (eBooks & Courses)

1. Delivery of eBooks

Upon completing a purchase, customers will receive an email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain either:

A PDF attachment of the eBook, or A download link to access the eBook.

If the email is not received within 15 minutes , customers should check their spam or promotions folder. If the email is still missing, please contact our support team at jennifer@loveagainjenn.

2. Delivery of Courses

For online courses, customers will receive an email with login credentials to access the course portal connected to our domain. The course materials can be accessed via any internet-connected device, including computers and smartphones.

3. Subscription & Payment Policy for Courses

Access to course content requires an active subscription. If a customer fails to make their monthly payment, their access to the course and any related groups will be revoked until payment is reinstated. Reinstatement of access may require contacting our support team.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an eBook or course has been accessed or delivered.

Event Ticket

Fulfillment Policy

1. In-Person Event Tickets

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

This email serves as your proof of purchase. Additional event details, including check-in instructions, venue information, and any important updates, will be sent to the same email address prior to the event.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

2. Virtual Event Access

Customers who purchase a Virtual Ticket will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase.

The livestream access link and event instructions will be emailed prior to the event. A replay (if included with your ticket) will also be delivered via email after the event.

Please ensure the email address entered during checkout is accurate.

3. Event Attendance

It is the attendee's responsibility to arrive on time for the event and to provide accurate contact information during checkout.

For virtual attendees, a stable internet connection and a compatible device are required to access the livestream.

4. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Love Again LIVE. If you are unable to attend, please contact us prior to the event to discuss available options.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the limited seating, advance event planning, and reserved capacity, all event ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

- Scheduling conflicts

- Failure to attend the event

- Travel delays or cancellations

- Personal circumstances

If Love Again LIVE cancels or reschedules the event, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered available options, which may include transferring their ticket to the new event date or receiving a refund if applicable.
